Constructing Teacher Identity: Pre-Service Teacher Resilience in School-based Practicum Experiences

<em>Constructing teacher identity is important for pre-service teachers, especially when taking part in training practicums school. Nonetheless, they faced many adversities, such as passive students, negative emotions, and anxiety. Therefore, teachers need to be aware of their capacity resilience. This study aimed discover the resilience factors had coping with problems found schools constructing identity. A mixed-method from questionnaires semi-structured interviews was employed gather quantitative qualitative data. The participants reported that hard times but displayed high resilient ability. It influenced by perseverance, ability reflect, adaptive help-seeking, responses affect, emotional regulation. supports construction after conducting a teaching practicum Further research needs consider number participants, gender, age, school levels where are conducted gain more perspectives on teachers’ resilience.</em>
